Fact Revolution welcomes new Rocket League team
Oslo, Norway, January 23rd 2023 -- 38-year-old Norwegian Rocket League-player, Terje Bekkvang, also known for his in-game name “BanjoCarry”, announced his intention to retire from competitive Rocket League after a disappointing exit from Telialigaen 2022.
However, he has since decided to continue playing and has fully committed to making a comeback with Fact Revolution. The team is excited to have him back and looks forward to his contributions as they aim to qualify for the 2023 Telia playoffs. Terje has been a part of Fact Revolution for over 1200 days and has played seven seasons with the team. He is one of the oldest professional esports players currently active, and his experience and leadership will be an asset to the team. Along with Terje, Fact Revolution is thrilled to announce the addition of two new players to the roster: 20-year-old English player Josh “Sting” Fox previously played for the Danish side Singularity, and young Norwegian talent Ottar «Choke» Halvorsen, who is currently a reigning Norwegian Champion and MVP after a stellar performance in NorCup 2022. Josh brings a wealth of experience and an impressive Twitch following, with 35,000 followers. Ottar, with his championship experience, is a promising young talent who is expected to make a big impact on the team.
Despite his age, Terje continues to be fully committed to the sport and is determined to help Fact Revolution achieve their goals. The team wishes him all the best in his comeback and looks forward to a successful 2023 campaign.
